My Mission is to help you explore and enjoy the opportunity of health thru the wonders of yoga. My goal is to create a safe, inviting environment in which to explore different paths to health, healing, and personal growth. 

Guided by principles of yoga expressed by all traditions, and through all its endeavors, I continue to strive to be a source and center of inspiration, information, and services to help meet the needs of people living and working in the greater Colorado Springs community and beyond.

My practice is founded on a passion for yoga and a belief that yoga is for everyone irrespective of age, sex, culture or religion.

My aim is to support modern lifestyles through a regular program of courses and classes, workshops, private tuition for individuals, small groups and companies / organizations.

Yoga is a personal experience and I am committed to enhancing and supporting your interest in yoga.  I welcome your enquiry, feedback, comments or suggestions.

Namastè (na-ma-stay) or Namaskar is a Sanskrit (नमस्ते in Hindi, from Sanskrit námas te) greeting.  When we say “Namastè” to others we are not just honoring the divine in them, we are acknowledging the divine spark in every human being on the planet. The Siddha Yoga lineage Swami Muktananda teaches us to "See God in each other," as "God dwells within you as you."

Traditional Hindu verbal greeting and mudra where the palms are joined together and held before the heart or raised to the level of the forehead; the mudra is also called anjali. It is a devotional gesture made equally before a temple Deity, holy person, friend or momentary acquaintance.

The hands held together connects the right side of the body with the left, and brings the nerve and nadi currents into poised balance, into a consciousness of the sushumna, awakening the third eye within the greeter to worship God in the greeted.
