... to my Private Classes page.

Private classes are available for individuals and small groups (limited to 8 people). The advantage of private classes is each session is tailored to your individual needs and requirements, to enable your practice to develop at a natural pace with your ability.

Private classes can be arranged:

•  At mutually convenient times

•  To develop your existing practice further

•  If you have been advised to practice yoga for medical reasons (ie. posture, stress or back problems)

•  To practice in the privacy of your own home

•  To practice in preparation during pregnancy

•  To practice with your partner, family or friends

•  If you are new to Yoga and would like to start with more personal attention

Sessions are a minimum of 1 hour. For maximum benefit, please ensure minimum disruption during the session.


Here are a few pictures of a private class held on Mount Cutler for a Birthday Party in May 2006.

This picture is of Pyramid Pose (Parsvottonasana) which helps strengthen and lengthen the entire back and legs.  It felt wonderful after we really worked our legs hiking to the summit of Mt. Cutler.  Some students us put our socks on as the mats got downright hot in the sun.

He is a picture of the group getting into Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I).  The Birthday Girl (Marcy) is second from the right avoiding the camera.
